Once we have received your enquiry / registration, a consultant will contact you to discuss your child care requirements and to answer any queries or concerns that you may have.

3. Candidate Selection

Care Nanny will arrange an interview between the family and nanny at a time convenient to both parties. It is recommended that you conduct the interview within the environment of the position. By having the children present you will be able to witness and evaluate the interaction between them and the potential carer.
We will provide you with a list of interview questions that will assist you in ensuring you find out as much information on the candidate as possible.
5. Choosing the Wright Nanny
Once you have chosen a nanny candidate and offered them the position we will provide you with both a Contract and a Duties and Responsibilities form. Both forms should be signed with a copy retained for record purposes by both parties. You will also be required to fill out a confirmation note and return it to the office along with the appropriate fee to secure your nanny.
In the unlikely circumstance that your nanny does not work out, Care Nanny offers a six week guarantee period. If your nanny ceases working for you in this time we will go ahead and find another suitable nanny that meets your approval. We will provide you with ongoing support. You will be contacted during the first two weeks of the placement to see how your nanny is going and answer any questions that may have arisen since the nanny commenced employment with you.
